SchoolSync is built for parents and guardians to coordinate school events. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Child names and associated class details.
• Teacher names and school event details.
• Email content you forward to SchoolSync for event extraction.

Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) per user, and encrypted at rest. Access is limited to your authenticated account only.

We never share children data with third parties. SchoolSync does not sell data.

We use OpenAI for event extraction only. OpenAI does not retain your data, and no child data is used to train AI models.

You can delete all data at any time from Settings. Deleted data is removed from our systems.

SchoolSync is designed for parents and guardians, not for children to use directly. We comply with COPPA and the Australian Privacy Act.
